Santa Barbara Oil Spill

Yesterday, the beautiful Santa Barbara coast was rocked by the rupture of a 11 mile long underground oil pipeline spilling over 500 barrels of crude onto the coastline of Santa Barbara.

Clean up efforts have begun and the rupture pipe has allegedly been closed but that remains to be seen and verified.

As thing stand, there is approximately four miles of beach that has been affected.  This could get worst as strong winds have been pushing the surf, oil, and crude throughout the Ocean and spreading it along the Santa Barbara coast line.

All the affected beach areas have been closed so that clean up efforts can be undertaken.

The company responsible for this oil spill is Plains All American Pipeline which is based in Houston.

We’ll give you further updates and information on clean up efforts and what you can do to help as well as make claims for damages and relief due to the Santa Barbara, California oil spill.
